Right of Return

In accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), you as the customer have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you must send us a clear statement within the 14-day period declaring your decision to withdraw. You may use the provided withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. A clear written notification is sufficient.

Return of Goods

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you are obligated to return the goods to us without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. The goods must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are to be borne by you as the buyer, unless the delivered goods are defective or do not match your order. We will only cover the return costs in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method. The refund will only be processed once the goods have been received by us in proper condition.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened or used, and to custom-made or clearly personalized products tailored to the customer’s needs.

  • Initiate return: Send the goods within 14 days after the withdrawal notice to the address provided.

  • Receive refund: After the goods have been inspected and approved, the amount will be refunded to your account.
