Terms & Conditions – Schattenkind

By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Schattenkind (hereinafter "we", "us").

1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You may return any items purchased in the Schattenkind online shop within 14 days without giving any reason.

Return conditions:
– Items must be unworn and only tried on for fit.
– Original packaging and tags must be included and undamaged.
– In case of visible signs of wear, we reserve the right to deduct compensation for loss in value.

2. Shipping & Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the current rates of the respective delivery provider.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for these costs.

3. Prices & Payment Methods

All prices are final and include applicable VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:
– Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
– PayPal
– Klarna

No additional fees apply for the selected payment method.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to reject any orders.
An order confirmation does not yet constitute a binding purchase contract.
The contract is only concluded upon shipping of the goods.

5. Transport Damage

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents:
– Report the damage immediately to the delivery provider.
– Refuse acceptance if necessary.
– Inform us immediately via email.

6. Retention of Ownership

All goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Legal Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating a reason.

Withdrawal period:
The 14-day period starts on the day you or a person designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

Withdrawal procedure:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email.
You may use our sample withdrawal form (optional, not required).

Consequences of withdrawal:
– We will refund all payments made by you, excluding shipping fees.
– Refunds will be made via the original payment method used.
